Mr Chandrakant Singh is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Chaitanya Gurukul Trust and Head Learning and Development at PurpleLeap. The Trust is trying to provide world class education from one of the remotest locations in Bihar to all. It imparts free education to the poorest and most deprived sections of society, despite being located in a place where even electricity has not reached. Mr Singh wants to float a company which will be doing Research and Development in the area of Affordable Education, Renewable Energy (Solar and Bio-Mass) and Agriculture & Food Procession Instrumentation in order to benefit even the lowest strata of society.

Sashi Shekhar Mohanty

MD, Bokaro Steel Plant

Mr Sashi Shekhar Mohanty started his professional career in 1978 from the Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) of the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), where he rose to the level of General Manager. Mr Mohanty moved to Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) in 2007 as General Manager (Plate Mill) and was subsequently assigned the responsibility of General Manager (Services). He was promoted as Executive Director (Projects) at and later assigned responsibilities of Executive Director (Works) at Bhilai Steel Plant from April 2010.Mr Mohanty took over as the Managing Director of Bokaro Steel Plant on 1st August, 2010. He has also recently been shortlisted to serve on the Company Board from SAIL's corporate headquarters as Director (Technical).

Pejavar Shankar joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1966 and was allotted to the Tamil Nadu Cadre. In a career spanning 40 years, He has served in Tamil Nadu and at New Delhi (Govt. of India) in many important positions. He is an Independent External Monitor under the Transparency International -sponsored Integrity Pact in SAIL and Chennai Petroleum.
